The staff and services offered were absolutely brilliant. With very little notice, we were able to plan an incredible array of activities and tours right from the hotel. The breakfast was beyond fab - with eggs cooked to order and exactly what we needed. The large, bright, and clean room had a cozy bed, hot water, a TV, and a beautiful wooden interior. The competent staff organized a fantastic tour for us to Horton Plains. Rajah, our guide, was mind-blowingly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to spot fascinating creatures and plants. The staff were super friendly, and their adorable puppy added to the overall wonderful experience. The guided tours they suggested were absolutely jaw-dropping. They took us to a stunning waterfall and a tea plantation with breathtaking views. With amazing amenities like free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and a restaurant, we couldn't have asked for a more outstanding stay.

The rooms had a lovely wooden aroma and offered a beautiful view of the town. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The meals provided were worth the price.
It would have been helpful if the rooms had an intercom facility to easily contact the front office.
